CNC TURRET PUNCHING
Turret punching offers many benefits to profile cutting sheet metal items, parts are processed using various shaped hard tooling to punch out holes, notch corners and cut contours at a much faster and economical rate than profile cutting.
Our extensive tool library allows us the flexibility to manufacture custom perforated panels to suit many applications as well as cluster tooling for standard perforated sheets.
CNC ROUTER CUTTING
Router cutting Aluminium offers many benefits to laser/plasma cutting, the cold cutting process eliminates material warping which results in the cutting edge having a clean smooth finish, without any bevels or burrs that are normally associated with plasma or laser cutting.
CNC router cutting provides the ability to add more complex profiles to parts such as chamfers, radius edges and pocket cutting, giving greater flexibility to design a part that requires far less secondary processing.

The technological advances in 3D modelling software and CNC equipment enables complex folding and rolling configurations to be drafted and modelled to ensure your panels are the correct size when they are manufactured as a flat panel.
We have the knowledge and expertise to ensure your products are folded and rolled by manufacturers with the appropriate equipment and tooling which ensures the whole process is correct from start to finish

Powder Coating is typically an electrostatic applied process which is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin" on the material.
